I was doing the tinc but gave the capsules a shot. No blue tongue and not so blueish urine. I do love that the capsules are more portable. I have not been disappointed in any of the other products I get so will see about this one once I take them a bit longer.
I've been taking Meraki Blu Methylene Blue for awhile and decided to give this product a go. It's only been 2 weeks I've been using so I can't speak much for the long term positive effects yet but after researching all the ingredients I am excited to see how it goes. I will say taking Methylene blue in capsule form is preferential to the liquid dropper in my opinion. It makes me wish that the regular Methylene Blue came in a capsule option as well (such as fish oil does etc). Great product!
